What data we collect

Form data: name, email or phone, website address and comment.

Technical server data (IP address, request time) to keep the site secure.

Why

To answer your request and prepare an audit and offer. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long we keep it

Requests for up to 24 months if no contract follows. Client data for as long as accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf. Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@ifelse.ee. You can file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies.

For visitor statistics we use Umami, a cookie-free service that does not collect personal data or track visitors across other websites. We only see aggregated data: which pages are opened, where visitors come from, and which devices and countries they use.
